We are currently recruiting for a Spare Parts Coordinator to join a company that are a leading supplier in their industry and work with some of the largest names on the UK Highstreet. 

This is a key role for the company and working in a fast-paced environment, requiring excellent communication skills, computer skills, and a flair for building relationships with customers and suppliers.

You will liaise between suppliers and customers to identify and supply spare parts for orders, repairs and to maintain stock levels. 

The role is fully office based in their new offices in Hemel Hempstead, specifically the Maylands Industrial Estate area, with free parking on site. You'd be on a rota of 8am to 5pm and 9am to 6pm.

A starting salary of £25,000 + Bonus, Private Healthcare and other good benefits. 

Duties:

• Liaise between suppliers and customers
• Identify, order and supply spare parts
• Responsible for dealing with invoice queries
• Dealing with returns
• Following up quotations
• General order taking

Candidate requirements:

• Experience in either a similar role or sales admin, order processing etc. 
• A team player
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literate
• A flair for building relationships with customers and suppliers
