We are looking to recruit a Trainee Recruitment Consultant for our team, offering the opportunity for progression, training and development. 

Our Trainee Consultants are trained on all aspects of recruitment, following a comprehensive induction process before progressing into a Recruitment Consultant position within 3-6 months of joining the business.

Overview of Recruitment Consultant duties:

• Finding candidates for vacancies
• Writing job adverts, advertising roles and dealing with application responses
• Screening candidates and assessing suitability
• Registering candidates
• Sending CVs, organising interviews and following up with clients
• Maintaining relationships with existing clients
• Identifying prospect clients
• Contacting target and existing clients to build relationships
• Meeting with new and existing clients
• Contacting existing clients to maintain and develop relationships
• Making outbound calls to prospective clients and securing new business
• Placing candidates into new positions

Candidate requirements:

• Ambitious, hard working and tenacious character
• Target focused, driven and competitive
• Previous customer service experience and excellent telephone manner
• Degree or A-Level educated
• A team player
