Think Accountancy and Finance have just returned from meeting the Finance Director of a rapidly growing business in Hemel Hempstead who is looking for an Interim Finance Assistant to work alongside her and assist with the acquisition of another business.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Finance Assistant, typically a financial Assistant or hands on Assistant Accountant, with strong accounting technical knowledge and capability.

• Accounts Receivable & Payable
• Invoicing, Statements, Queries, Credits
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Regularly checking outstanding goods received for missing invoices
• Monthly Management Accounts
• VAT Returns
• Accounts Analysis
• Posting credit card statements

Skills and Experience Required:

• This role will be fast paced! There will be on the job training but you do need to have a minimum of 2-3 years of Accounts experience in a high volume environment.
