Think Human Resources are pleased to be working with a highly successful, local success story of a business who are recruiting a HR Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract. A company that has grown extensively, both in the UK and internationally, they employ circa 200 staff and offer a friendly, collaborative and hard working environment. They are looking for a hands on HR Manager to lead a small team and ensure that the HR function is working smoothly to support business operations. We are looking for candidates with experience at HR Manager level in an SME environment or HRBP experience in a bigger company environment, with applicants ultimately needing to able and willing to deal with day HR duties.

Open to a full-time candidate or somebody looking for reduced hours each day or 4 days per week. Must be able to start the role end of Feb/early March!
