This dynamic company have an exciting opportunity for an experienced candidate to join them, the successful candidate will have a background of working within at management level within a contact centre environment, and have a passion for customer service. 

Salary - £50,000pa with great benefits 

Some of the duties will include:

• Providing leadership across 2 teams including 6 Team Leaders 
• Ensuring all processes are effectively managed to required KPI's including places orders, prices increases, order updates and more
• Continually identify and implement changes to team processes as required
• Working with internal stakeholders to ensure system functionality and data is as accurate as possible
• Leading a motivated and high performing team
• Encourage, support and develop the team, providing continuous feedback to help with ongoing development 
• Providing constructive feedback to enable team members to improve
• Conducting performance development reviews, coach team members and support them to achieve goals 
• Share expertise and knowledge to guide and mentor colleagues throughout the business

The suitable candidate:

• An excellent leader who embraces management and development of a team 
• Experience in developing and managing a team 
• Previous experience within a contact centre environment 
• Ability to communicate effectively on all levels, both internally and externally
• A real passion for customer service
• Able to work to tight deadlines 
• Strong attention to detail 
• Self motivated and enthusiastic
