We are recruiting for a client of ours based in the Tilbrook Industrial area of Milton Keynes for a Sales Administrator. This role is to provide support until the end of March 2021 to our client who provide services to a number of exciting, prestigious and household recognized brand names. 

The position will be on a temporary basis, to start in December for training before the office closes for Christmas, then being able to go in as of January 4th to work full time hours (Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week) for 3 months.

We are looking for someone with proven experience in a Sales Admin position, you must be able to pick up new systems quickly and comfortable with MS packages (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.); it is not essential but any previous exposure to SAP would be of use. 

The position would be paying £9.20 to £10.10 per hour, based on experience, plus holiday pay. 

Duties to include: 

• Manage the sales team inbox
• Sales order processing, raising POs and invoices
• Liaising with customers and managing customer expectations, setting realistic deadlines for projects
• General office admin support
• Attend daily meetings with the team to plan around clients needs and actions required
• Check all goods have been dispatched by running daily reports
• Support on any month end invoice requirements

Candidate requirements:

• Proven Sales Admin/Order Processing experience.
• Must have the ability to pick up new systems and already be comfortable with MS Packages. 
• Prior experience of SAP or a CRM system would be advantageous. 
• A strong character to be able to push back on and work to deadlines is key to being able to succeed in this role.
• Meticulous working style. 
• Ability to work under pressure in a calm manner.
• Ability to be flexible with working hours based on the needs of the business and projects at hand would be of use.
