Our client is a high growth business looking for established sales people with experience in Business Development and relationship building, they are looking to recruit  a Dutch speaker and a Swedish speaker to join their growing teams. 

We are looking for candidates that are both fluent in Dutch and English OR Swedish and English to join this market leading organisation. The candidates will need a strong background in Business Development, outbound calling, relationship building with a proven track record.

These positions offer a fantastic base salary plus great OTE and company benefits! 

Some of the duties will include: 

• Identify new business opportunites for the company
• Proactively contacting prospective new customers
• Be proactive with outbound calls 
• Closing deals 
• Building and maintaining strong relationships 
• Following up on inbound leads
• Seeing through the full sales cycle 
• Communication over the phone, email and social media

The suitable candidate:

• Previous experience within sales - outbound calls and relationship building
• Dutch OR Swedish speaker - fluent
• Strong communications skills in either language and English 
• Driven, tenacious and motivated 
• Strong team player
• Ability to adapt and be flexible
• Strong telephone manner 
• Local to Watford or willing to relocate
