Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be working with a well-established international company currently seeking a permanent Customer Support Advisor to work in their modern office in Watford. We are looking for candidates with strong customer service skills, a keen eye for detail and a desire for career progression.  Working in a large, outgoing and sociable team environment, candidates must have an excellent telephone manner, competency handling customer complaints and managing a high volume of customer accounts within a demanding role.

Overview of duties:

• • You will be providing exceptional customer services on the front-line, handling contact with vendors, dealers and customers via phone and email
  • Dealing with inbound calls and providing an excellent level of service
  • Translating customer needs to the best customer outcomes
  • Making (administrative) changes in existing contracts during the lifetime of the contract and file documents in digital archive
  • Providing settlement quotations in line with process and agreement guidelines
  • Documenting and archiving data
  • Ensure HPI monitoring is continuously reviewed and kept up to date, minimizing risk.
  • Identifying and escalate any new business opportunities
  • Supporting process improvements and contribute to the follow up of these improvement suggestions
  • Escalating complaints to the Complaints Team

Candidate requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills and a flexible approach
• Good telephone manner
• Professional approach to Customer Service
• High level of written and spoken English
• Ability to prioritise with a commercial mindset
• High attention to detail
