Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be working with a global organisation in the Elstree area. My market leading client have an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to join their expanding team. 
The successful candidate will be providing internal support, act as the first point of contact for internal IT issues so will need to have previous experience of working within an internal IT team, and preferably have experience with Active Directory and GPOs. 

Salary - £28,000 - £30,000 plus great benefits 

Some of the duties will include: 

• Provide onsite and remote support for users
• Conduct PC & Server maintenance and configuration
• Check Systems including backup monitoring and reporting
• Create Users including Accounts, software/hardware set up, and access management
• Maintain office printing and meeting room facilities
• Manage and maintain WordPress internet and intranet sites, and assist Marketing department
• Liaise with service providers to resolve issues and improve IT Services
• Supporting the IT Manager with projects 
• Acting as the first point of contact for internal IT issues 

The suitable candidate:

• 2 years experience within an IT Support role 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Knowledge in Active Directory 
• Strong organisational skills 
• Willing to learn new technology 
• Windows Server 2016/2019 and Windows 11 
• Strong problem solving skills
