Urgent requirement for a 1^st Line Support Tech for an award-winning and global company based in Berkhamsted!

Our client requires a 1^st Line Support Tech to come in and support them in their offices to start next week for some minimal shadowing and training and then taking care of basic support for the week of Monday 25^th to Friday 29^th to cover annual leave.

Basic duties to cover hardware support mainly, anything 1^st Line from laptops, monitors, connection issues, headsets, office 365 and Outlook.

We need someone that can be based in the companies modern and trendy Berkhamsted office to provide face to face support, as well as some Teams support to remote staff.

This temp cover role will be paying £12 to £14 per hour, working Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm with a 3.30pm on the Friday.

We need someone that can interview and then start work asap next week, please be aware that if you are also interviewing for other roles and need time to step out of the office or use their meeting rooms for conversations this is fine
