I am recruiting for a very fun and lively team for a market leading award-winning business based in Hemel Hempstead, specifically for a team that provide outbound customer service calls to their customers to provide a great level of service.

Within this company you would be joining a growing team to assist with making outbound calls to customers, you will be keeping in touch with them through their order and delivery process, forwarding them on to any other departments (Sales, Logistics etc.) if they have any technical queries you can't resolve. 

This is a temp (with permanent opportunities), offering full time working hours from Monday to Friday, paying an hourly rate of £10 per hour plus holiday. 

Please note - This role will be fully office based, so you will need to be able to commute to Hemel Hempstead, Maylands Industrial Estate. 

Some of the duties will include:

• Liaising with customers on the phone, supporting them through the order process, answering queries and helping to gather any documentation or info required. 
• Making sure that all data is recorded accurately first time.
• Offering exceptional customer service.

The skills required:

• Previous office based customer service experience  is essential. 
• Ability to communicate well and work within a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A very positive and can-do attitude.
