Think Accountancy and Finance are supporting a local business in the recruitment of a Payroll and HR Administration Assistant. The role will be to provide effective and efficient administrative support to the business as required. The Payroll and HR adminsitration assistant will deal with general HR and payroll related queries and act as first point of contact for all HR related queries.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal person for this position will have recently worked in a HR and Payroll Admin position for a minimum of 1 year. You will be highly organised and be able to work under pressure. The role will be heavily admin based to begin with but will evolve over time allowing the successful individual to get involved with more areas of the buesiness. CIPD level 3 would be highly desireable to be successful in this position.
