We are pleased to be recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator to join a company based in Hemel Hempstead. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that is Customer focused with excellent Administration skills
Duties:
- Deploy the service, repair and maintenance work together with the business line manager, service supervisors and engineers.
- Active involvement in preparing service quotations from reports carried out by Field Service Engineers.
- Managing WIP (work in progress) in line with Group and Local targets.
- Administration of job sheets, invoicing and booking of productive and nonproductive hours.
- Efficiently process warranty claims once completed by Product Company and Business Development Manager.
- Proactively coordinate sales/purchase needs for customers & service engineers.
- Configure service/customer quotations for standard parts requirements.
- Assist management of offsite warehouses.
- Actively be a key player within the Service Support Team.
- Maintain PPE & Service tool records · Maintain departments training record folders · Undertake special project work as required
Candidate requirements:
- Proven experience in internal sales / service
- Has excellent interpersonal skills, is computer literate – i.e. MS office and SAP Experience.
- Flexible attitude to work, self-motivated & able to work on own and as part of a team.
- Able to cope with a busy & demanding department
- Understand and demonstrate an awareness of the link between their role and the business.
- Able to express ideas and receive and exchange information clearly.
- Able to establish and implement a systematic course of action to achieve an objective effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain a clear focus on customer satisfaction; take action when needed to meet the expectations of the customer.
