Think Accountancy and Finance are looking for a Reconciliations Analyst to join their Cash Planning department on a full time and permanent basis.

This opportunity is a fully remote position with no commute to the office, in Hertfordshire, required.

Applications from candidates with no prior experience within a similar role will not be considered. It is essential that shortlisted candidates have 1 – 2 years experience minimum as the successful candidate will need to be able to hit the ground running.

Overview of duties:

• Daily reconciliations for the UK
• International Reconciliations
• Daily reconciliation of all cash movements and reporting to cash suppliers within deadlines
• Daily reports to both internal and external customers
• Report and investigate daily, weekly, monthly analysis on all discrepancies
• Identify patterns of discrepancies with trend analysis
• Monitor internal cash movements involved in audits
• Respond to any reconciliation queries raised

Candidate requirements:

• Strong attention to detail
• The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years experience working within a similar role
• Analytically minded
• Strong ability to multi-task
• Good problem solving skills
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbally
• Strong Excel skills
