Think Accountancy and Finance are pleased to be working with a Global organisation based near Heathrow. This leading company are looking for a Revenue and Pricing Manager to join the business on a Permanent basis. 
This opportunity would suit a candidate with previous experience within a similar role, have previous experience of managing people, as well as someone who is very analytical with strong Excel skills.

The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring the maximisation of revenue. This will be achieved by implementing strategies for both inventory and price through the coaching and development of a team of analysts!  

This role will be hybrid with 3 days a week in the office and comes with an excellent bonus package to work towards.

Having spoken to the client today this role offers the opportunity for a well-versed analyst to work with a developing team and being responsible for coaching their staff. At the same time you will be working with the International Sales team. This position offers someone who is ambitious the chance to progress their own career as well as guiding their team to do the same.

Some of the main duties will include:

• Deliver Regional Revenue Targets through the setting and delivery of Inventory and Pricing
  strategies,
• Lead and inspire a team of analysts to deliver targets through their role
  delivery,
• Work closely with Sales teams to support the delivery of their Revenue targets while ensuring
  the optimal outcome,
• Take the lead on Regional level dealing for our largest customers to manage competing
  analysts’ requirements,
• Focus on improving ways of working, processes and systems across your team and the
  Revenue Management department
• Put analytical thinking at the centre of your and your team’s decision making, considering
  both internal and market data sources,
• Actively focus on developing your team of analysts and take a lead on recruitment

• Active knowledge of related industry standards, process and guidelines
• Understands key cost drivers within operations and controls stakeholders accordingly
• Good time management skills
