Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working with one of our leading clients in the Hemel Hempstead area who are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their fast paced Payroll Team. The successful candidate will have payroll processing experience (experience using ADP is extremely desirable).

Overdue of duties and requirements:

• Process all queries regarding payroll
• Take ownership of the shared inbox
• Liaise with all departments re new starters and agreement packages
• Collate all data from departments for payroll (weekly and monthly)
• Enter all data onto Excel spreadsheets and ensure this is carried out with great attention to detail
• Resolve all discrepancies
• All adhoc administrative duties

Key Skills:

• Strong computer skills
• Experience using ADP – highly desirable
• Advanced Excel skills
• Attention to detail and speed with a high level of accuracy
• Highly organised
• Pro active
