We are recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join an expanding team during an exciting period of growth in Hemel Hempstead. We are looking for someone with a sales background in healthcare, leisure, employee benefits or memberships to drive revenues through the sales of the products and services into the markets, to build brand awareness across businesses

9am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Duties:

Develop new business contracts through the generation of new client opportunities

Responsible for promoting all products and services

Be an external champion of the clinic brand, maximising exposure and awareness at all times

Drive lead generation and appointment setting for new client opportunities

Engage with local firms in the catchment to raise awareness of the products and services

Proactively generate new business opportunities through networking, promotional events and local lead generation

Attend networking events to promote the company in the local business community

Must be assertive, driven and possess a consultative approach to new business opportunities

Candidate requirements:

Full driving licence required

Experience in sales prospect generation campaigns utilising different media channels

Evidence of cross selling services into existing clients

Experience of delivering client sales presentations

Evidence of using data to develop and evolve activity

High standards of integrity and ethics

Openness, honesty and integrity

High levels of engagement, energy and drive

Confident and approachable presence with excellent relationship building skills

Highly organised with the ability to plan, prioritise and deliver to tight timescales
