We have an fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join a small and fast paced finance team based in Kings Langley. This is a part time role offering up to 22.5 hours of work each week based in their office and they are open to working across 3,4 or 5 days! 

Overview of role:

• Allocate supplier payments on Sage
• Allocate all invoices accurately onto the correct Nominal Ledger
• Run Aged Debtors Reports
• Assist with all Month End Accounts
• Bank reconiliations
• Send remittance advices to all suppliers and sub-cotractors
• Assist with raising and sending sales invoices
• Liasie with customers regarding queries and chasing aged debts

Candidate requirements:

• Previous accounts/finance experience is essential (minimum 12 months)
• Experience working on Credit Control and Sales Ledgers.
• Strong IT skills – MS Office including Word and Excel, plus accounting systems
• Ambitious, competent and highly professional character
• Accurate, efficient and confident communicator
