We are recruiting for a very fun and lively team for a growing award-winning business based in Hemel Hempstead, specifically for a team making outbound and receiving inbound calls at the end of their customer’s journey. Generating quotations, finalising payments and add-ons.

Within this company you would be joining a growing team to assist customers that are already signed up to the service and needing to make payment and confirm any add on services.

This is a permanent opportunity, working full time hours from Monday to Friday and paying an annual base salary of £20,000 with the opportunity to earn up to £8,000 in bonuses!
 

Duties:

• Making outbound calls to customers to offer quotations
• Receiving inbound calls from customers with queries about the above tasks
• Using internal systems to generate quotations and complete sales
• Taking card payment and arranging instalment plans for premium collection
• Sending out electronic documents to customers

Candidate requirements:

• Confident to handle warm leads from existing customers of the company offering this product
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• Self-motivated and ambitious
• Keen team player
• Required: Familiar with office efficiency tools such as Outlook and web applications
• Desirable: GCSE Mathematics & English grade 4/C or equivalent. Comfortable working with basic figures
