The last couple of weeks have marked some important milestones for two of our consultants here at Think Specialist Recruitment!

I am pleased to confirm that our Temps Consultant, Alex Ellis, has passed her 6 month review today with flying colours!  Since joining the business in April, Alex has significantly grown the number of temporary workers, successfully built some key client relationships and proven to be an invaluable asset to the Think team.  She also had the task of choosing and organising our most recent quarterly incentive - "Dinner at the Twits" - an immersive culinary experience set at the Twits' home created at The Vaults in Waterloo, which we all enjoyed.

September also saw us celebrate the milestone of our Permanent Consultant, Scott Hubball, reaching his 2 year anniversary with Think Specialist Recruitment.  Our first full-time addition to the Think team, Scott has built a strong reputation in finding the best candidates in the market for his clients and successfully developed long-standing relationships with a number of businesses.

We decided to surprise Scott and Alex with a team lunch at the Red Lion in Waterend today as a 'thank you' for their efforts so far this year!
