The COVID-19 pandemic and the subsequent socio-economic impact is something that we have never experienced before.

Since March 2020 we have entered into ever-changing, unchartered territory when it comes to responding to the pandemic and Employers have had to adapt quickly to the situation as we have adopted new ways of working.

With a significant amount of turmoil being faced by UK businesses, and the potential associated impact on their staff, we were keen to delve into the mindset of Employees to understand the key challenges that they, and therefore their Employers, are currently facing. The results of which might help businesses move their staffing strategy towards motivating, connecting with and retaining their staff in 2021 and beyond.

Our report is based on the results from a large survey that we conducted with the local workforce. The white paper provides a comprehensive insight into the challenges currently facing employees and actions that Employers can take to ensure that we support, motivate and retain staff in 2021.
