Our client, a global business, whose head office is based in Hatfield, is seeking several candidates to join their outgoing, friendly team including. Roles include, Customer Service Executive, Field Support and Support Desk. The roles will consist of providing exceptional customer service over the phone, processing email queries and handling various admin tasks. This would suit an entry level candidate or recent graduate looking to get their foot in the door of a well-established company. Overview of duties:

• Handle inbound calls
• Handle a wide variety of queries from across the UK.
• Problem solving following processes within a busy environment.
• Confidently dealing with complaints, escalating as appropriate.
• Coordinate Engineers schedules, assigning their workloads.
• Provide a personable and professional service.
• Working well in a team, working closely with other departments.
• Be responsible for all related administration tasks.
• Being organised and managing ‘Tickets’ on the in-house database.
• Problem solving following processes within a busy environment.
• Representing the company well, ensuring customers are given a great service.
• Multi-task and make key decisions.

Person Requirements:

• Proven computer skills
• An interest in technology
• Proficiency on Outlook/Excel
• Ability to confidently communicate
•  A good team player
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
