We are really pleased to be working with a fantastic market leading company in Hemel Hempstead who are looking for a Customer Service Planner to join their fast paced customer service team on a temp to perm basis.

Within this company you would be joining a small and friendly team to assist with customer service and administrative duties, so someone that is friendly, willing to learn and comfortable on the phone would do well here. 

This is a temp to perm position, offering full time working hours from Monday to Friday, paying an hourly rate of £8-£9 per hour.

Some of the duties will include:

• Liaising with customers over the phone and assisting with queries, complaints and helping to plan and arrange delivery of orders
• Making sure that all data is recorded accurately onto systems (Training provided
• Working closely with Excel spreadsheets
• Providing general office admin support to the team
• Offering exceptional customer service
• Dealing with orders and deliveries

The skills required:

• Previous customer service experience would be useful, but graduates and those who have worked in retail, hospitality and face to face roles would also be considered
• Ability to communicate well and work within a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A very positive and can-do attitude.
