We are recruiting for a fantastic client in the Luton area who are looking for a Team Administrator to join their fast paced, busy team.You will be responsible for a variety of duties within this role, across various departments. Therefore, the successful candidate must be adaptable and flexible, with a “can do” attitude. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous Administration experience to work in a really diverse role where no two days will be the same.

Responsibilities

• Administrative duties for various departments across the business
• Manage email inboxes
• Deal with enquiries and reply to customers within specific timeframes
• Ensure other emails are delegated to the correct departments
• Add information onto the company systems
• Be compliant and work with confidentiality
• Assist with other ad hoc duties as required

• Competent on Microsoft Office
