We are currently recruiting for immediately available candidates for a  Customer Service / Sales Administration vacancy with our client based in Hatfield. With a fantastic culture and working environment, this a great opportunity to join a fast paced and busy environment. Our client is a highly successful, global business and they are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Administrator/Sales Administrator to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis. 

We are seeking candidates with fantastic customer service experience, an excellent telephone manner, good accuracy and the ability to provide a first class service.

Duties to include:

• Processing sales orders and investigating order progress/discrepancies 
• Liaising with the Pricing team to ensure quantities and prices are in line with allocations and strategy
• Liaising with the Account Manager and/or Customer to eliminate price discrepancies and agree acceptance of short-dated stock 
• Confirming customer orders and delivery timescales
• Keeping the customer updated on all back orders 
• Liaising with Supply Chain on delivery queries 
• Investigating customer claims and potential returns with the relevant parties  
• Updating the customer with query outcomes 
• Raising invoices, credit notes and other documents as required

Candidate requirements:

• Strong background in providing excellent customer service
• Previous sales admin / customer service admin experience
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• Good knowledge of Word and Excel
• Reliable, conscientious and hard working attitude
• Highly organised and strong attention to detail skills
