You will need experience within a faced paced Sales Support role and have confidence in using your initiative.

Our client is looking for candidates who are eager to learn and develop, people who are willing to turn their hand to anything and have the drive to work hard within a busy environment.

Responsibilities:

• Processing customer Sales Orders
• Dealing with enquiries from customers and distributors
• Liaising with external partners
• Scheduling deliveries
• Ad hoc support for various Managers in the UK
• Liaising with couriers both nationally and internationally to organise deliveries
• Acknowledge ongoing status of orders to customers relaying any information accurately and efficiently to all parties.

The Candidate:

• Experience within a similar role
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Professional and presentable
• Confidence dealing with clients over the phone and via email
• Exceptional communication skills verbal and written
• Confident using MS Office and strong Excel skills
• Previous experience using SAP – desirable however not essential
• A Level or degree educated.
