Our Client, an international company with head offices in Watford is looking for a Customer Service Team Leader who can speak Danish, Norwegian, Swedish or Finnish to join their team in their modern, open plan office. The role will involve overseeing a team of 10-15 members, contributing to the company strategy and ensuring a high-quality service is provided to the customers/clients. This is an interesting and diverse role, working for a company who is quickly growing and has great impact. We are looking for people with strong people management skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage team performance. Overview of duties:

• Plan and execute operational change in all aspects of customer service and sales in the team
• Working to manage performance and quality of work in the team through leadership, motivation, coaching and mentoring.
• Analyse the quality of service and work out methods of development
• Implementing the use of new technology
• Maintain and produce procedures and guidelines on the system
• Help the team to obtain KPI’s
• Problem solving and working towards viable resolutions
• Analyse business opportunities and help drive more business
• Managing the team budget
• Create and analyse reports and share with stakeholders
• Deliver daily briefings
• Deliver regular one-to-one meetings with staff

Person requirements:

• Leadership experience in a customer service environment
• Project management experience
• Process improvement experience
• Understanding of multi-cultural leadership
• Able to speak Danish, Norwegian, Swedish or Finnish
• Ability to communicate and report effectively
• Business acumen
• Computer literacy
• Managerial experience
