We are recruiting a Reward Administrator working within the HR team of an international company with their UK headquarters based on the outskirts of Slough (Colnbrook area). Hybrid working 50/50 split between office and WFH. Salary circa £24,000 to £27,000 + bonus + benefits

Role overview:

• Provide day-to-day administration support to the Reward and Recognition team
• Liaise with employees regarding requests on benefits schemes
• Undertake accurate processing of transactional HR including changes to personal information, holidays, leave and absence, joiners, changes to role and leavers following procedures
• Respond to requests for information
• Answer terms and conditions of employment queries within defined policies
• Administer all employee benefits schemes
• Provide complete, accurate and timely entry of data into the HR systems
• Administer and process the monthly, quarterly and annual bonus/commission schemes
• Maintain benefits records and prepare documents necessary for implementing benefits coverage
• May be involved in project research (Total Reward) under the direction of the R&R Managers
• Produce reports and compile statistical data, as requested
• Maintenance of the benefits database
• Plan and prioritise flexibly in order to meet the changing needs of the business and the team
• Utilise appropriate HR systems to ensure accurate recording of data
• Propose, plan and implement process improvements
• Liaise with external benefit providers
• Support statutory compliance requirements

Candidate requirements:

• MUST be either a HR graduate or have some previous HR administration experience
• Good working knowledge of Excel
• Planning and organising skills
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Computer literate
• Customer service skills/customer focus
• Communication skills, written and verbal
