We are pleased to be recruiting for Customer Service Coordinator for a small but successful company based in Berkhamsted who have seen exciting growth over the past couple of years and are now looking to add to their team, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a family run like business, a warm, welcoming, and close-knit team.

This is a varied role where you and your colleagues will get involved in whatever needs doing so, we are looking for someone that is enthusiastic, positive, and confident who can deliver an excellent service to their customers as well as being proactive with a hands-on approach dealing with goods.

Full training will be provided so if you are a team player with a willingness to learn, we would love to hear from you!

9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

Duties:

• Dealing with customer enquiries by phone
• Handling inbox and responding to emails
• Taking in goods
• Checking paperwork
• Picking and packing
