We  are currently recruiting for our market leading client based in North-West London, they are looking for a competent Helpdesk/Technical Support candidate that speaks fluent Italian to join their fun and friendly team. The successful candidate will be providing support to global customers who have purchased their equipment and require assistance of a technical nature. The role will be remote working but candidates will ideally be based around the Greater London area and must have both fluent Italian language skills and previous customer support experience, along with the ability to deal with technical questions.
