Your main objectives in this role will be to accurately process orders as well as working with customers to provide a good level of service. This will work alongside your accountancy duties in purchase ledger, reconciliations and credit control.

This position will be working Monday to Friday on a full time basis, there is free on-site company parking available.
 

Duties and responsibilities:

• Processing sales orders from customers through to dispatching from our warehouse
• Purchase ledger and credit control
• Processing sales invoices
• Bank Reconciliations
• General Administration and assisting the team where necessary

• Answering phone calls, liaising with customers both over the phone & via email to resolve any queries, complaints or product enquiries
• Processing employee expenses & credit card bills

• Daily admin/post & dispatching spare parts to customers

The candidate:

• Will have experience of Sales Order Processing and perhaps also worked in an accounts/finance administrator role.
• Ability to work within a fast paced, deadline driven environment
• Strong communication skills with the confident to deal with people at all levels
• Confident and professional in your approach
• Good knowledge of Excel and Word (intermediate)
