Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be working with an International organisation based in the Watford area. They are looking for an experienced Business Support Administrator to join their team. Initially this temporary role is to start within the next few weeks with a permanent offering to the successful candidate. This person needs to be a strong team player with great communication skills. 

Some of the duties will include:

• Providing administrative support to a number of different stakeholders across the organisation
• Dealing with telephone, email and face to face queries.
• General administration, including handling spreadsheets 
• Process and manage purchase orders, invoice and PO queries

The candidate:

• Previous experience within a busy administration environment
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organisational skills 
• Good team player
• Ability to manage a heavy workload, prioritising where necessary
