We a looking for a Finance Assistant to be responsible for all aspects of finance regarding the e-commerce business within the company. You will ensure daily reporting, invoicing and analysis across all e-commerce platforms. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the pricing of all products which the company sell is reviewed regularly and adjusted based on the company requirement. Key Responsibilities:

• Report daily e-commerce sales across all platforms
• Extract all e-commerce transactional data on a daily basis
• Analyse all data and provide the customer service team with all sales to be invoiced
• Reconcile all e-commerce invoicing and ensure it is posted onto accounting system
• Analyse sales trends to enable accurate forecasts for future budgets
• Create and maintain e-commerce budgets and analyse results accordingly
• Creating VAT invoices for customers as requested
• Liase with customer service and shipping departments to ensure correct stock levels
• Calculate and provide retail prices for all new e-commerce product

Candidate Requirements:

• Finance experience (Desirable not essential)
• Numerate and accurate

• IT literate, Intermediate Excel
• Confident
