We are now recruiting  for Customer Service Agents to join a vibrant and welcoming team in Hemel Hempstead. This role can offer successful candidates the opportunity to work with a nationwide leader within its industry. Our client offers an extensive 2 week training programme for candidates and the opportunity of 3 months of working for such a highly reputable brand!

We are looking for candidates than will commit to a minimum of 3 months work and available for work within the next few weeks. We want to find candidates that pride themselves on their customer service delivery as well as having the ability to work in a fast paced team. All candidates must have excellent communication and listening skills. Previous expereince in a similar environment is desirable however not essential so this would be a great opportunity for Graduates or school leavers.

Duties include:

• Answering incoming calls to enquiring customers
• Offering advice to customers - new and existing
• Maintain CRM system with accurate data entry
• Processing bookings and payments
• Dealing with sales or related enquiries
• Ensuring an excellent service is provided
• Build an exceptional level of repoire with customers
