We are looking for multiple Customer Service Advisors to form a new team in the heart of St Albans for one of the most successful businesses around the world.

Working within a brand new team of Customer Service Advisors, you will be responsible for responding to general customer queries and order enquiries. This will be done over the phone and emails with the main aim to ensure customer retention is maintained. You will be responsible for handling an enquiry query from start to completion where the customer should be satisfied with the outcome.

The successful candidate will be confident, outgoing, enthusiastic and professional. It is essential you have excellent customer service skills and a great telephone manner. We will consider any applicant who has the above and can consider all experiences from retail through to office based customer service. Recent graduates would also be a consideration as long as you are motivated and possess the required skill set.  

Duties to include:

• First point of contact for all new and existing customers
• Answering incoming calls from end users
• Responding to customers via email
• Maintaining the well-established brand image at all times
• Handling enquiries regarding orders from the global website
• Assisting with any queries which customers may have regarding products
• Updating the internal database
• Dealing with customer complaints
• Any other administrative duties required

Candidate requirements:

• Previous customer service experience
• Strong communications skills
• Be a team player
• Organised in your approach
• Ability to learn quickly
