We are currently recruiting for Temporary Outbound Call Centre Agents to join a vibrant team based in Hemel Hempstead. The successful candidates will be working for a large national company within the Leisure Industry. We are looking for candidates with great customer service skills who are able to start immediately. We will be able to consider applications from University students who are looking to build on their employment experience. If you have the ability to build great repoir with customers and are interested in carrying out feedback surveys to customer who are expecting your call then contact us!

Duties to include:

• Carry out outbound satisfaction surveys with new customers
• Place an average of 15-20 outbound calls per hour with use of a scripted survey
• Engage with owners to conduct a customer satisfaction survey
• Enter survey responses onto a survey platform while conducting the call
• Ensure all responses are accurately recorded for all teams to access

Candidate requirements:

• Confident communication skills – written and verbal
• Strong IT skills
• High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
• Use of initiative
• Able to work within a positive and engaging team environment
• Previous call centre experience is desired however not essential
