You will be working within a close knit team where you will contribute to the smooth running of the business. Some of your duties will include answering incoming calls, assisting with enquiries and queries, troubleshooting, scheduling engineers and ensuring all details are logged on the internal system. The ideal candidate will be professional, a quick learner, have the ability to learn and follow processes along with being confident to offer advice on progressing the team.
