We are currently recruiting Logistic Specialists for a client based within the Hemel Hempstead area. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a global company on an initial 6 month contract with potential to become longer.

We are looking for candidates that can mulit- task with ease and those who possess a high level of organisation. We want applicants that can deliver exceptional customer service whilst solving logisitical issues.

Some of the daily tasks are detailed below:

• To ensure the correct information is delivered to all stakeholders with regards to logistics.
• Communicate daily with internal and external stakeholders to resolve problems and issues that may arise.
• To be responsible for the resolution of any problems relating to customer satisfaction and delivery performance.
• To ensure all resolutions are made efficiently and with an excellent level of customer service in mind.
• Ensure an excellent level of communication is met through telelphone calls, emails and letters.
• Reporting on the delivery performance and analyse findings with the idea of improving the business overall.

Successful candidates will be flexible to work shift patterns and prefereably have former experience in logistics or transportation industry or a customer oriented role.
