Think Specialist Recruitment have registered an exciting opportunity for a Marketing and Product Development Administrator. This is a new position to work within the UK head office of an international company who manufacture a globally recognised brand and are market leaders within their sector.

This role will be working directly with the Director and Head of New Product Development based in the UK. Due to the company infrastructure, you will be liaising with the US Office on a regular basis. It will be your duty to support the efforts of an outsourced PR agency and become their direct contact for all enquiries and queries.  In this varied role, you will also help develop and build the website, deliver marketing plans for trade shows, produce marketing plans for international products and collate all product information for the sales team.

 Duties to include:

• Find and collate all product elements to allow sales to pitch to retail (Sell sheets, images, spec, catalogue, samples)
• Organise network drive to allow sales and operations to locate all product assets easily
• Work with the outsourced PR agency to produce external marketing materials
• Develop, refine and bring to market appropriate international product on time as per business objectives
• Manage the weekly meeting and updates to the business on project status
• Work with sales to communicate with retail on the status of projects
• Work with the US teams to plan marketing and product requirements for key trade shows
• Plan and execute sales led strategy when it comes to showcasing new product to customers
• Deliver on the commitments of the trade shows
• Help to build and deliver the website for Summer Infant
• Manage the website in partnership with PR agency to help facilitate consumer awareness of the brand

 
Candidate requirements: 

• Previous experience in a similar position or a recent graduate
• Excellent communication
• Ability to work under pressure and towards tight deadlines
• Be creative and confident enough to pitch your ideas
• Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude
