A busy, varied and challenging role within a lively office!   Think Specialist Recruitment is pleased to be working with a large, well-known employer with their UK headquarters based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. With a fantastic, vibrant culture and fun office environment, they are looking for a competent PA to support 2 x Directors and their respective teams.  Working as part of a well-established and highly regarded brand, candidates must have the ability to work in a fast paced and ever-changing role! 

We are seeking applicants with previous PA experience, the ability to organise a busy workload and support the team effectively.

Overview of role:

• Extensive diary management for Directors
• Coordinating travel and ensuring schedules are manageable
• Fielding all emails, calls and enquiries on behalf of Directors
• Scheduling meetings for Directors and team
• Organising all meeting requirements including schedules, refreshments, catering, equipment and all associated paperwork
• Composing PowerPoint presentations in conjunction with Directors
• Uploading department invoices onto internal finance systems
• Organising conferences and all associated tasks
• Dealing with and actioning all requirements from Directors and their teams
• All associated administrative tasks

Candidate requirements:

• Must be able to work within a fast paced role/environment
• Previous PA experience
• Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong administrative skills
• Outgoing, confident and proactive character
• Strong communication skills
