I’m looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and one additional member of the board for one of the most prestigious services that are recognized across the globe!

This company have multiple sites across the UK and although this role will be largely remote, your “hub” would be from their Victoria site in London.

As an Executive Assistant you’d be providing coordination and administrative support for the CEO and a member of the board, supporting with managing schedules, coordinating meeting, handling confidential comms and more.

This is an everchanging company and they have gone through some huge and exciting changes over the past 6 months and as such, someone used to working with an ever changing and adapting business would fit this role well – As well as ideally supporting people at an executive/board level.

The role is initially going to be on an FTC for the remainder of 2024 and would take you up until the end of December 2024 at least.

Salary for this role will be £55k as well as access to a whole booklet of benefits attached to this role which include good holiday allowance, monthly bonus/voucher schemes, pension and several discount, wellbeing, and other incentives.

This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, although they can offer flexibility around days and hours and in return may need some dependant on meetings/projects.

Overall, this will mainly be a remote role, with some requirements to go into their Victoria sight in London every now and then to work closely with the team.
