Think Specialist Recruitment has registered a permanent customer service job opportunity based on the outskirts of Watford, Hertfordshire. We are looking for candidates with strong customer service and complaint handling skills to work for our market leading client who is based in the Rickmansworth area.

Working in a busy, often demanding team environment, candidates must have an excellent telephone manner, competency handling customer complaints and managing a high volume of cases. Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm. 

Overview of duties:-

• Dealing with high volumes of calls from customers
• Responding to issues or complaints from UK customers (B2C)
• Handling customer calls effectively and any escalated queries
• Taking ownership of the customer's account
• Investigating customer complaints
• Providing an excellent and professional service at all times
• Updating customers on the status of their case
• Managing a portfolio of customer accounts
• Managing a large caseload of complaints from inception to completion
• Overseeing refunds and returns
• Supporting the business and ensuring first class service received
• Keeping customer accounts up to date and informed of progress
• Liaising internally within the business to resolve issues

Candidate requirements:-

• Excellent customer service skills (any industry considered)
• First class telephone manner
• Professional approach to customer service
• High level of written and spoken English
• Complaint handling experience
